Abstract: LSU beat Mississippi State Thursday night as was expected by most. The final score was LSU 45, Mississippi State 0. By the score it appears that the Tigers blew out the Bulldogs. The game was actually a little closer than the score shows. The Bulldogs defense kept the game close for much of the first half, and if the Bulldog offense hadn’t turned the ball over seven times the score would’ve been much lower.

Abstract: This is the first SEC game of the year. It's coming fast, but not fast enough for some. I'm ready to get the season started, lets get some pads popping. The first game of the year could be interesting. LSU is the favorite to win big as they embark on their journey towards a national championship. However, they should be careful not to take the Bulldogs lightly.
